Joseph Houk is an experienced financial professional with over thirty years experience in Public Accounting, Private Industry and Commercial Banking. He founded CFO Services, Inc. in 1995 to continue his focus on working with financing and accounting needs of middle market corporate clients.

Bio

His background includes experience with a National Accounting Firm providing audit and consulting services for a variety of clients and industries. He worked as a Controller and Financial Officer for several privately owned companies.

Additionally, he was a Vice President for a Regional and National Commercial Bank for more than 10 years, lending money to ‘Middle Market” companies. This commercial banking experience provides a unique perspective in how to communicate with the company’s bankers and how a growing business can be financed.
